We strive to ship all the orders that our customers place within the same or next business day. This is possible for us as we are not a marketplace. We hold in our own warehouse all the inventory that we sell online.

Hence we give our customers 1 business day to cancel their orders. However, if the order placed by the customer is already shipped by us then we make every effort to recall the product from our logistics partner to our warehouse.

In the situation where we have already received payment from the customer for the order either through online payment or any other form of payment, we immediately refund the customer the payment received. This will only be applicable if the order has been cancelled within 1 business day.
